By card: We accept

The Joules online
store uses the very latest encryption technology (SSL) to ensure
that your transactions with us are private and protected as they
travel across the Internet. When you proceed to make your purchase,
your browser makes a connection to the secure section of our
website. Your browser will show a padlock in the bottom right
corner to indicate that it has made a secure connection and
depending on your browser a window may pop-up to notify you that
you are entering this safe area.
Please Note: Once
you have confirmed your order, payment will be taken from your bank
account on the same day. This applies for pre-ordered purchases
too. If you would like to pre-order an item but pay for it when it
is ready for despatch then please call our Customer Services Team
on 0845 6066871. Please don't forget to tell your Joules operative
that you require pay-on-despatch at the start of your call. For our
pay-on-despatch service, we request that orders are placed in full
when you call. Thank you.

the popularity of our sale we are unable to offer this

*This is a minimum charge.Weight dependent - In some rare
cases the postage will be reviewed. We will contact you if

Delivery is subject to stock availability. A
signature is required on receipt.
Please note: We will only charge one lot of postage per order
- however many parcels it
involves.
Sale returns
policy
If you
would like a refund or exchange please return your goods within 14
days of receiving them.
EASY
RETURNS:
How do I return my
order?
1. If you shopped through
our catalogue or website, just fi ll in the form on the back of
your invoice and put it in your parcel.
2. If you bought it in a Joules shop, or from a Joules unit at
ashow, please put your receipt in with your parcel.
3. We regret that mail order and internet purchases cannot be
returned to any Joules shops. Please accept our apologies and
contact customer services for details of our return address.
4. Then just nip down to the Post Offi ce with your parcel and pop
it into the next post.
5. Please make sure that you get a ‘proof of posting’
certifi cate from your Post Offi ce. This will cover you if the
goods are lost in the post.
6. We do not cover the cost of returns. To do this, we would have
to increase the price of our products, which we would really rather
not do.
What if I
bought my Joules product from a non-Joules
shop?
If you bought your Joules
product from a non-Joules shop, ie a shop that sells our products
but which is not exclusively Joules, please take your purchase back
to the shop and they will happily arrange your exchange or refund.
Please note that their terms and conditions for returns may be
different to ours.
Faulty
goods:
In the rare and unfortunate
event of your Joules product being faulty, please accept our
apologies, and contact Customer Services for assistance.
