Delivery is subject to stock availability. A
signature is required on receipt.
Please note: We will only charge one lot of postage per order
- however many parcels it
involves.
Sale returns
policy
If you
would like a refund or exchange please return your goods within 14
days of receiving them.
How do I return my
order?

If you shopped
through or catalogue or website, just fill in the form on the back
of your invoice and put it in your parcel.

If you bought it
in a Joules shop, or from a Joules unit at a show, please put your
receipt in with your parcel.

Then just nip
down to the Post Office with your parcel and pop it into the next
post.

Please make sure
that you get a 'proof of posting' certificate from your Post
Office. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the
post.

We do not cover
the cost of returns. To do this, we would have to increase the
price of our products, which we would really rather not
do.
What if I bought my
Joules product from a non-Joules shop?
If you bought your
Joules product from a non-Joules shop, ie a shop that sells our
products but which is not exclusively Joules, please take your
purchase back to the shop and they will happily arrange your
exchange or refund. Please note that their terms and conditions for
returns may be different to ours.
Faulty
goods:
In the rare and
unfortunate event of your Joules product being faulty, please
accept our apologies, and contact Customer Services on

Changing an
order:
If you wish to
amend any details to your online order, or make a cancellation once
it has been confirmed, please call customer services on 0845
