The Joules online store uses the very latest encryption technology (SSL) to ensure that your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel across the Internet. When you proceed to make your purchase, your browser makes a connection to the secure section of our website. Your browser will show a padlock in the bottom right corner to indicate that it has made a secure connection and depending on your browser a window may pop-up to notify you that you are entering this safe area.

Please Note: Once you have confirmed your order, payment will be taken from your bank account on the same day.

We are currently unable to process payments made using an Amex card, we expect this feature to be fully opperational very soon. If you have any queries regarding placing an order with your Amex please call our friendly customer services team on 1-800-583-9559.

Delivery

Web & Phone Orders:

Standard delivery for online orders: $9.95

- Delivery is subject to stock availability. A signature is usually required on receipt.
- Please note: We will only charge one lot of postage per order - however many parcels it involves.  

 - All Joules items are dispatched directly from the UK and we aim for them to arrive within 4-7 business days. During busy times please allow up to 2 weeks.

Returns

If, for any reason, you would like to return your Joules order, you can send it back to us with a valid receipt within 3 months of purchase for a full refund or exchange. No problem whatsoever.

Goods are returned at your own expense. We accept returns if they are unused, in a resalable condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be made by original payment method. Full details of how to do so are included with your order. Please retain Proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

On returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount /offer threshold. Joules will pay delivery on your first exchange. Subsequent exchanges are charged at the standard delivery rate.

Personal Use - Each order is for your personal, non-commercial use. Resale of any Joules product without the express, written consent of Joules is strictly prohibited. Multiple orders representing what Joules deems to be commercial quantities will not be accepted via our direct shopping channels. Delivered from England...
Once your credit card is approved, your Joules order is dispatched direct from our warehouse in the English countryside by Fedex or Royal Mail. We’ll need a proper and complete address to guarantee delivery (a charge is made for each delivery address). Please note that all shipments to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are your, our customer’s responsibility. Please note local import duties may be payable on receipt.

We are delighted to fulfill orders outside of the US and Canada, where local import duties may be payable on receipt.

Country of origin
All of our Joules products are designed in England, in a small town called Market Harborough about two hours north of London. Our products are made to the highest standards by experts in China, India, Mauritius and Turkey. We have a full-time team at Joules who are dedicated to making sure that each factory that we work in is a high quality, safe place and that it adheres to high ethical standards.

Sizing

Ladies;

Bust: With your hands on your hips, measure the fullest part of the bust, keeping the tape measure parallel to the floor.

Waist: Without breathing in, pass the tape measure around your natural waistline.

Hip: Measure the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape measure parallel to the floor.

Position of waist: Waist position varies depending on the style of your product. Only a few of our styles fit on the natural waist; the majority fit slightly lower, and a few are low waisted. Please read our product descriptions for further details.

Leg Lengths: Leg lengths of our products vary, depending on their design and flow. Generally our regular ladies fit is based on a 31” inside leg & long leg 33”. The trousers, however, don’t measure as this, as some are designed to be worn with heels and need to be longer in length

You can tumble dry our products, but we recommend that you avoid doing so,
as it can affect the shape and overall look of the product.
